God’s Sense of Humor

God truly has a sense of humor.

When visiting my friend in Arizona I purchased some wire earrings. After returning home to Colorado I wore them one day to church. When I woke up the next day I realized that one earring was missing.

Of course, I looked all over for it but, alas, could not find it. I was upset because when I wear them they remind me of my Arizona friend.

After extensive searching I finally gave up and prayed, asking God for His wisdom on where to find it.

The next thing I did was to step into the restroom. I had already looked there may times but…there it was in plain sight sitting on the dark blue throw rug!

How happy and thankful I was and I had a chuckle with God. What a wonderful experience, feeling knowing His presence!
